All content created by Kapa99 for our clients, including but not limited to designs, graphics, and images, is the property of the client upon final payment and delivery. Kapa99 retains no ownership rights to the content once delivered to the client, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and not to use the content created for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services will be specified at the time of subscription or order. All fees are due as stated in the service agreement or invoice.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice, as detailed in your service contract. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately, and you must cease all use of delivered content unless owned by you.

7. Limitation of Liability
Kapa99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
